Vision House Jacob's Well -
To support homeless mothers and their children in restoring their lives by building 20 apartments integrated with support services, on-site child care, a family counseling and crisis center and children’s recreation and program space.
Two-Phase Building Plan:
- Building A — Site development and utilities; 12 apartments, crisis and service center and afterschool program
- Building B — 8 apartments and child care center
